Returns and Refunds
We try to find the best and most long-lived products in the world - but we don’t always get it right. If you’re unhappy with a product you’ve purchased directly from Buy Me Once, you can arrange a return by using our contact form. We’ll do our best to put things right.
The majority of our products have a 30 day return period, but this can vary - so please check the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab on the item’s product page.
Any returned items must be in new (unused) condition and should include all original packaging. If your product is damaged, faulty, or you have received an incorrect product, Buy Me Once will refund the cost of return shipping. If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g. it is different to expected or doesn't fit), we are unable to cover the cost of return.
Please note that the return period is separate from a product’s guarantee or warranty, which is usually upheld by the manufacturer themselves.
We will always refund your order immediately after we receive a returned product.
Please note that we are a small team and work super hard to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
We expect to respond to you within 48 hours of receiving your message. Our regular hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9am-5.30pm EST. Any weekend inquiries will be responded to on Monday. We appreciate your patience!
