Why this should last
Non-stick sheet pans die when the coating scratches, and they warp with a bang in a hot oven. This has no coating to scratch, and the galvanized steel rod encased in the rim is what stops it warping. Aluminum conducts heat evenly so the cookies on the edge bake like the ones in the middle. It will discolor over the years; that is patina, not damage.
Is it the right one for you?
Half sheet is 13 by 18 inches, which fits a standard US oven with room for air to move. Hand wash: the dishwasher dulls bare aluminum. Line it with parchment and it is as non-stick as anything coated.
