Ridge Wallet, Aluminum by Ridge
The Buy Me Once Verdict
Most wallets die at the stitching. This one has none. Two aluminum plates and an elastic band hold up to 12 cards, and the elastic, the only part that wears, is a $20 kit you fit yourself with the screwdriver in the box. Ridge's Built for Life warranty is the only one we found that names wear and tear and accidental damage in writing, and it covers wallets bought from Ridge's official Amazon listings.
The weakest link it solves: Failed seams and worn-through folds, which account for over half of all wallet deaths. No seams, no fold.
