6 Piece Knife Set with Magnetic Rack by Global
The Buy Me Once Verdict
This 6 piece knife set is an ideal way to start off your knife collection and is also the perfect gift. The set comes with a magnetic rack, and includes the G-2, G-9, G-S11, G-S38, G-42/30 knives. Global blades are hand forged in Niigata, Japan, to exacting standards of quality. They are made from exceptionally hard CROMOVA 18 high-carbon stainless steel, a proprietary stainless steel designed exclusively for Global. The steel is ice tempered and hardened to resist corrosion, hard enough to hold the blade’s steep, acute cutting edge for a long time but soft enough for ease of sharpening. To balance their knives, Global’s expertly designed hollow handles are filled with just the right amount of sand to counter the weight of the blade. Global’s professional knives have remained some of the most popular and successful kitchen knives in the hospitality industry for 30 years, and are backed by a lifetime guarantee. If you take care of your Global knives, they will be the pride and joy of your kitchen for a lifetime.
