Davek Alert Umbrella by Davek
The Buy Me Once Verdict
We've gone through so many cheap plastic umbrellas, freebee umbrellas and emergency “dash into a shop” umbrellas. Davek offers a whole different type of umbrella made with a steel and fibreglass reinforced frame and 190 thread count canopy. It’s built for durability and can easily weather any storm.
All Davek umbrellas come with an Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee, which makes us at BuyMeOnce very happy. For example, if your umbrella should fail to function properly for any reason, they will gladly repair or replace it for free (except shipping & handling). Make sure you register your umbrella here in order to take advantage of this service!
Additionally, Davek offers a Loss Protection service. Should you lose your umbrella, this service allows you to redeem a replacement umbrella for up to 50 percent off the regular retail price. Redemptions are limited to one replacement per original purchase and the loss protection serial number automatically deactivates after first use.
Strong, sleek – and never lost. The Alert umbrella features Davek’s advanced Loss Alert technology and will connect seamlessly to your smart phone. A tiny beacon chip embedded into the handle will broadcast a special "proximity signal" from your umbrella. This signal is read by an app on your smartphone which can track the distance between the phone and umbrella. If the distance exceeds approximately 30 feet, the umbrella will send a subtle alert to your phone. Never leave your umbrella behind again!
