Three inches long, one AA battery, no charging port, no built-in battery, nothing to wear out except the cell you put in it. That is the whole point. It is IP68 dust and waterproof, has a magnet in the tail and a clip that fits a hat brim, and it costs about the same as a takeout lunch. The simplest light we found that is still worth carrying.

The weakest link it solves: Sealed batteries and charging ports: it has neither.
